I think that she likes me, but sometimes she acts like i'm the one that she likes other times she acts like she doesn't want to be bother with me. I don't have a problem talking to her, its just I don't know how to make the next move. What do I do?

Sounds like she is going to say yes so don't drag your feet until she loses interest.
