Did i do the right thing?

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Female
I was seeing this guy for about a month. We lived about 2 hrs from each other so we didn't get to see each other that much as it was. About two weeks ago his phone calls got to be less and less. To me, when that happens it means the other person is losing interest. So last week i just told him that if he wasn't interested to just tell me and i would leave him alone. He called me up and gave me about 30minutes of i've been busy and i just haven't had time and so and so. The only thing is i know he had gone online and sent flirty messages to other girls. But he swore up and down that they were just friends and that he liked me and that there was nothing wrong with me for him not to want to be with me. But then all last week he didn't call me at all and if i caught him online he barely said anything. So last night i was finally like i don't want to be a doormat and ended it. And of course he complained that he didn't do anything and that he was just busy and i was just impatient. I really did like him but i felt ignored like he didn't want me and i didn't want to be used. But now i feel all guilty like i didn't give him a chance. Did i do the right thing by ending it?

RomanceClass.com Advice
You gave him plenty of chances.

He was rude and inconsiderate to leave you hanging.

You did just the right thing by giving him the boot.

Good luck! George
