So confused
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
I like my one guy friend, or atleast we used to be friends...it's kinda died down a bit. He used to be very talkative, but now doesn't talk to me much anymore. He NEVER hugs me or anything, but he hugs everyone else. We always hit fists (props) whenever we see each other in the halls, but he doesn't even do that with his male friends so I'm kinda like...what?? Today we did that and we kinda let our hands stay together until we were far enough away from each other to bring them apart if that makes sense. But at our semi, he didn't even say hi to me or acknowledge that i was even there, even tho he clearly saw me dancing with my friends. He even came up to my friends and said hi to them, but ignored me. Then he slow danced with one of his other female friends, but she slow danced with like everybody. When he was dancing with her tho, I was sitting out and he would look at me whenever he'd be facing me. In one class today, I had to take a quiz and when I came back he tried to catch my eye and when he did he held it for a few seconds and then asked me if I had taken it. What does this all mean??? I'm so afraid to tell him how I feel considering he basically doesn't talk to me anymore....???? sorry it's so long

It looks like it is over between you two.
But you could make one last effort to become closer friends with him again.
Get him alone and ask him what happened between you two and tell him that you still care for him.
He may feel more comfortable with things as they are now. You are sort of friends but not close. That could change.
