What to do to make a relationship last years?

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I have had 4 failed relationships that lasted less than a year and 1 special friendship that lasted only a year. I have given 100% in all and I end up getting hurt. Please give me advice on what to do in the next relationships. I have two guys after me and I like another. I want to tell the guy who suddenly asked me out that I knew for years.

RomanceClass.com Advice
There are at least three important things about a good relationship.

They are trust, affection, and communications. Each one intertwines with the other and can strengthen the relationship.

On the other hand, if there is a weakness in any of the three then the other two can be pulled down.

Work hard on on these three aspects and your relationship stands a reasonable chance of success.

Good luck! George
p.s. please remember to only ask one question a week. Thanks :)
