How do i promote my girl to girlfriend?

Im 14 and this girl is 15. I asked her out to the movies one day, so, she says yes and she would do it later in the week. So in the past month, she and I have been hanging out together at lunch time, so I was thinking, how do I promote her to Girlfriend?
