What To Do?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
Dear George,

I really need some advice... So there is this guy that I have liked for about 2 school years and he is in one of my classes. Well here is what happened, yearbooks were being issued and he had gotten his before anyone else in class did so he let us look at it (my group) and when my friend handed it to me I said "I don't want to look at it" but I didn't mean because it was his, So when I saw him look at me (he sits in the table across from mine) I quickly added "only because I'm getting one"...Than a little later my friend started talking to me about what babies look like whose parents take crack and we got to talking about smoking and I said my mom quit smoking when she had me but than continued. And I'm pretty sure he could hear bits and pieces while he was talking to our teacher. My question is should I worry about any of this stuff because I don't want him to assume I'm stuck up cause of the yearbook thing or that I talk a lot about my personal life cause of the smoking thing. I also wanted to know if I should ask him to sign my yearbook, there is 1 1/2 days of school left and I have just let this year pass me by without doing anything. So as you can see time is running out. Thanks...

RomanceClass.com Advice
If it's not too late, ask him at school to see his yearbook because you want to sign it. While you do, give him your yearbook to sign.

If school's over then be brave and call him up and tell him you want to sign yearbooks and figure out some way to get together. Be sure to get his email etc so you can contact him during the summer and maybe grow closer.

As far as the talk about your family, don't worry about it.

Good luck! George
