Does she like me or is she just being friendly??

Hi im 17 and i really like a girl at my school, i dont know if she likes me or not, she flirts a lot around me like touching my arm, stomach, face and hair, but she also does that to some of her other friends too. We talk at school when we meet each other up , but sometimes when i see her with her friends she would turn away back towards me and talk to her friends, and so i would have to go up to her myself so i can talk to her. Also when im walking with her and my friends walk up to talk to me she would talk to them instead of me, do all girls do that? She also would joke to her friends, like ask them if "i was hot" and they would agree and laugh. She is a very friendly person and has a lot of guy friends but am i one of them or something more? Plz Help Me
P.S. Her friend liked me and told her about me but i dont really talk to her friend when she is around, i talk to her more then her friend.Thank You
