Dealing with Jealousy

my husband and i have been together for about 4 years now. i still can't get myself to really trust him. i get jealous and insecure over virtually everything and it is destroying our relationship . im so scared hes going to find someone better than me or leave me, but I dont know how to stop it or where to start. please give me some advice.

this is something you need to make a priority in your life - to work through this issue. If you really can't seem to make headway on your own, I would suggest you talk with a therapist, even just for a few weeks. That might get you started on the right path, so you can get this under control.
