My internet friend and I aren't speaking But

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
My Internet friend and I aren't speaking to each other it hurts me since he told me he didn't like me and not to contact him. There is also another problem which involves his brother, His brother is a sweet guy and nothing like his brother. I do want to get to know My Internet Guys' Brother and The Internet won't give me permission to speak to him cause he wants me to move on. Should I let My internet guys brother contact me after My Internet guy refuses to let me talk to his brother.
