babe

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
There is this guy that i've liked on and off. Let's say his name is...M. And i texted him the other day saying hi and told him that i got my nose pierced. He replied back saying,Omg. That's so cool. oh yea, he's in my grade. Now i told him that i liked him, a while ago. And all he said was, that's cool. So anyway, then he called my cell. I wasn't there to answer it. So it went to voicemail. His voicemail was..Hey it's M, call me back, later BABE. does this mean he likes me? Even if he is joking around with his friends. Because you could hear his friends in teh background. The one said later babe. Then he said it like 10 seconds after. Even though he might be copying him, does it mean something. Because i asked him did he say that, or did his friends tell him to say it, and he replied, idk. So it sounds like he's shy. So i asked him if he would like to go bowling with me and my friends sometime. How can i find out if he truly likes me. Since he seems to b playing hard to get. And was this babe thing just a trick, or cud it mean something. Thanx and sorry it's so long.

RomanceClass.com Advice
You can't draw any conclusions from him calling you "babe" except that he feels comfortable with you.

If he said idk when you asked him why he called you that.

Since he is so shy, you will have a hard time figuring out whether he likes you or not. Instead of worrying about that, concentrate on becoming a very good friend of his. Someone you can talk to and hang out with.

That will bring you two together.

Good luck! George
