What should I do?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
My best friend met this guy online and thought I would really like him so she gave him my email address and he emailed me and we started talking on AIM every day that we could. He asked me to be his girl about a month later and I said yes. We hit it off and we talked about everything. The relationship was long distance so it was hard but we enjoyed talking. He is also 7 years older than I am and I am still a minor. About 6 months later out of no where he broke up with me and said he didn't want to but he was really busy and felt that he wasn't giving me as much attention as I needed and deserved. We still talk and he still calls me honey and baby but we don't talk about personal stuff like we used to. A couple of days ago I asked him if he was thinking about dating anyone else and he said he wanted to go out with a good friend of his and he asked her out but she just wants to stay friends. He told me when we had just broken up there was a chance we would get back together but everytime I ask him about it he says he doesn't know and then changes the subject. Should I just give up and be with someone else or should I keep trying to get him back or get him to talk to me about it? He still tells me that he loves me and I love him too and I want him back. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Since you love him and he cares for you don't give up yet.

Your mutual love may reignite. Give it at least another month and see what happens.

Good luck! George
