How do I get him away from her?

I have a slight attraction to a co-worker of mine, and he feels the same. The only thing standing in our way would be his ex-girlfriend. The two of them dated off and on for a few years, but everytime she gets a new "fellow" she will up and leave him, but when things dont work out with the new guy, she crawls back and he instantly picks her back up. He says that he is not in love with her--but that he just wants to see where this goes. This doesnt work for me because I am caught in the middle. I am so happy when she dumps him, yet when she crawls back, I get kicked to the curb. How do I make him see that she isnt right for him, and that he should give others a chance? (like me)
