My boyfriend and I have been dating for 4 months. We are both only 13. We hold hands every day and have kissed once. I want to make him love me even more but I dont know how. Some how I want to flirt better or spice things up a bit. Help!

Communicate (share information,) be compassionate (share feelings,) and be affectionate (compliments, hugs, etc.) Honesty and trust will grow too.
Your question has to do with physical affection. You can flirt more by tickling him, hugging him, putting your arm through his or around his waist. You can also kiss him on the cheek or neck, rub noses, lean your head against his shoulder, and snuggle.
You should be kissing much more often. And, ask him what he wants to do to be more romantic. He may have some good ideas. If he wants to do something that you are not comfortable doing just speak up in a gentle way.
