asking someone out

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
There is this girl in school that i like, she's a year ahead of me but same age. I really like her. She's cute, i dont get intimidated by girls and normally know what to do but in this case its kind of complicsted because i dont have any class with her. I only see her during lunch and one of my classes is besides hers. There is also a friend of mine who is interested in her so we are up to a challenge. he has the andvantage that he has a class with this girl although he doesnt talk to her...yet. I am planning on asking her out to the movies this for this friday. but wat i need help with is wat should i talk to her about? i mean wat topics? her likes, bakground and stuff like that? it has to be something interesting or that wont keep her bored because if i eas to talk to her during the freakin 30 minute-lunch i will have to have some interesting conversations. wat should i talk about to let her kno that obviously i want her? suppose things go well and she goes to the movies wth me on friday, would it be okay if i ask her to be my girl or at least try to get a first kiss?????????? hope u can answer me as soon as possible plz cuz this is really helpful, hopefully by monday or tuesday ill get an answer or plz email it......appreciate your time
