Body language
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female Hi!
I've really tried to find out what his behavoiur means, but I've had no luck. I started a new job six months ago and there's this guy who I thought was cute from day 1. We've had "moments": eye-contact, smiling and so on, and we've talked but nothing has really happened. I recently found out that he's single, he told someone when he knew I was listenig and he kind of complained about it. "I won't stay in this town if I'm 40 and still alone in my one-bedroom flat" Moreover, a number of times when he has either talked to me or I've been close he has put his hands behind his neck and exposed his chest. Does that mean "come and get me" in body language? That sort of gesture doesn't add up with his personality, because he seems kind of shy and almost panic-struck whenever I talk to him.
To sum up, I'm really confused. In my book, that gesture signals confidence, but he doesn't seem like a confident guy.
I'll be happy for any advice you can give,
