Should I contact him?

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
Me and my boyfriend have been together in a long distance relationship for over a year. At the beginning of this month (march) he broke up with me on a Saturday. Its his last semester at school, hes taking a lot of classes, and is about to start a new job soon. We got back together that night because he said he made the biggest mistake of his life and he truly loves me. Well, the following weekend he broke up with me again for the same reasons. He said he just needed to be single right now. He instant messaged me 2 days later, telling me this was killing him and he missed me...but a few days later he went right back to wanting to be alone again. Since then, he blocked me from instant messanger and I havent talked to him in 3 days. I love him very very much and am sad that he has put me through all of this. I hate not talking to him at all and would like to try and rekindle things. His birthday is next Wednesday and I would like to call him and just talk to him and catch up, but I am afraid he will not answer my call b/c he is scared of getting back together with me. Should I wait this all out and see if he comes back to me or should I call him and attempt to be friends?

RomanceClass.com Advice
You should call him on his birthday and ask if he wants to celebrate together.

Suggest that you go out as friends to a restaurant and try to make friendship your goal.

He should be willing to do this since it is his birthday.

Good luck! George
