I’m 17 and I have a crush on a freshman at school. I want to introduce myself but I don’t know how to approach her and don’t know what to say. I sometimes see her walking with her friends after lunch, I was thinking of talking to her there, she sometimes walks with 1 or 2 of her friend’s right next to her. I was thinking of saying "Hey or Hi, what’s your name" and she would respond and I would say "ooo that’s a pretty name" which it is, and then say " I think your pretty or cute" and then tell her where I hang out and ask her to drop by sometimes and talk. I don't know if I should say "I think you pretty or cute" I might make it seem to forward. I was just wounding if i was going the right direction in introducing myself. Keep in mind we dont know each other at all.

Save telling her she is pretty until you get her alone.

p.s. when you say hi to her be sure to look her in the eyes, use a clear voice, and give her a big smile. And while you are at it, say hi to the girls walking with her so they won't feel left out and so they like you too.
