This person I've been knowing them for a long time now. When we first met he asked my mom who I was, so she introduced us. From then on we have been friends ever since. Everytime we are around each other I find him staring at me or looking at me, more than ten times.(I counted)
We have a class together on Sundays and he always calls on me or uses me as an example. Sometimes my friends say they have caught him looking at me and licking his lips. I like him but I am really confused, does he like me? The only problem is he's married.

That's not an "only problem" that is a SERIOUS problem. You really, really do not want to be an "other woman". You will feel really sleazy when it's over and he abandons you, you'll feel used while you're with him, and when the wife finds out (which pretty much they always do) you will be the object of public scorn and ridicule.
This guy doesn't seem to have a lot of loyalty to his wife. So he won't show any to you, either. He just wants to have some fun. I would find yourself a guy that is single, that will love and honor and be true to you. You deserve that.
