Him or his friend...

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
So... there's this guy that i work with that i really like. We're pretty good friends and we've both acknowledged that there is an attraction b/w us. Unforttunately he does have a g/f and i've let him know that i can only respect that. He on the other hand wouldn't care if he was dishonest in his relationship b/c it is in a downward spiral he says. We hang out every once and again and get along so well, but like i said he has a g/f so that just kills any chance of anything happening b/w us right now. At the same time he has a friend that is also really cool and attractive, i've hang out with him and his friend a few times but don't really know him on a personal level although i wouldn't mind. Just from conversating with him a few times i definitely would like to get to know him better. I'm looking for a relationship and so is he. I guess my question is whether or not i would be wrong for showing an interest in his friend and/or getting to know him better being that the guy i work with and i also like each other? In a way i don't think it'd be wrong b/c of the fact he has a g/f but being that it is his friend wouldn't seem right either. I just don't know.... help me please :(
