First, you don't go around beating up people. That would be insulting to her. That would be saying that she can't take care of herself and that the only way she can be safe is if every guy that likes her is harmed. That you don't trust her. All relationships are based on trust, so that is the LAST message you want to be spreading around.
Show her you can be her friend, that she can trust you, believe in you, talk with you, listen to you. That is the most important thing in every relationship. When she sees that, and is ready to date, she'll let you know.
