I thought everything was fine...but i was SO wrong!

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
Hi. Once again, it's me.
I try talking to my bf. He says he is trying too....
But it seems to me like he isn't really. I mean he is the one who comes up and hugs me, but I am the one who calls him all the time. He says I don't try. But I do!
I flirted w. him all the time before we were going out. Then it just stopped. Plus, we haven't kissed in like, 3 weeks. I try to talk to him, and I freeze. I thought things were fine though...I was blinded by love. Now he might brake up with me and if he does, i might die!!!
Can you please give me tips on talking without feeling awkward?!
I am desperate!

RomanceClass.com Advice
You feel awkward because you are thinking of yourself.

Think of the other person when you are talking. Pay attention to whatever they say and make comments like "me too" or "that's cool." Ask them why they feel they way they do.

Talk about how they feel, their family, their pets, vacation plans or past vacations, hobbies, sports, music, religion, their favorite movie star, favorite movie, videos, games, friends, clothing, sex.

Make up several questions so you can follow up on the subject. Practice in front of a mirror. Ask your mother for advice.

There almost an infinite number of things to talk about and retalk about.

Good luck! George
