Does She Like Me?

I am a 13 year old guy, and this girl has had her friends constantly asking me out for her... I have told them yes, but now she won't talk to me. I need to find out whether this was a joke or if it is real. What is your advice?

Walk directly up to her and ask her what the truth is to what her friends are saying. She might pretend she doesn't know what you are talking about so be prepared to give her examples.

Another approach is to just walk up to her and ask her out on a date.

Probably neither will work since she is not talking to you but it's worth a try.
