His Best Friend...A Girl.

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
Im 16. My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months (Which is a long time for both of us) and we were good friends for a year before that...we were doing great until we got grounded from each other. We haven't been allowed to see each other outside of school for about 1 1/2 months...since then hes become better friends with a girl that he used to be in love with (he told me all about it when we were friends)...he liked her for more than a year before we started going out. She had a boyfriend (the entire year and a half) at the time, but is now single.(She told him that she broke up with the guy because she was bored) She says that my boyfriend is her best friend and she can trust him with anything. Before they started hanging out more this girl and i were somewhat good friends for years. Now, I feel like she likes him and I cant help but wonder if he likes her again too. She's really pretty and they laugh and hang out a lot. When I see them in the halls together she says "bye" and leaves. I dont know if this is because she doesnt want to interfere or simply because he's told her that im jealous...because he has. Does he like her or am i just overreacting? Should i tell him not to hang out with her so much? Im trying to get over my jealousy but its really hard!!
