Well I met this girl couple months ago and I fell in love with her. But she has a boyfriend. But when I'm around sometimes she acts different if she was giving me signals,like she starts telling me things like she likes my haircut,if I want a ride,she started giving me hugs,and she even ask me to be in her quinze.Cause sometimes I want to ask her out but then I think she is gonna say no and I don't wanna mess it up.So wat do I do should I ask her out or just stay as friends?

You should not try to come between her and her boyfriend.

What you can do is to tell her you have developed feelings for her and if she every breaks up with her boyfriend you would like to ask her out.
