A girlfriend is coming to meet me

i have a small problem. i've been "dating" this girl online, who i love and i know she loves me the same, and she's coming to see me in about 2 weeks.
i have absolutely no idea how to go about telling my parents about her, as relationships aren't really discussed in my house. any advice? i'm 18 and so is she.

Is she going to be sleeping in your room? If not there shouldn't be a big deal. People meet people on the internet all the time and meet up quite regularly. Just take her out to dinner and movies and so on like you would for a normal date. You should mention her to your parents like you'd mention anyone else you were going out with, but there's no need to make a special presentation about it. You're an adult, after all. You're free to date whoever you want to.
