friendship?

last 2 years in 2007, i met this girl in my school in my spanish class, well actually she came up to me and later on she always said hi to me and started to slightly touch me. I didnt know if she liked me or not and she started to talk to other guys. but now this year she is in my spanish class again and hardly looks at me. I didnt do anything to make her feel that way, what can i do to make us friends again?

The problem is that you didn't respond to her in 2007.
That made her feel bad and so she ignores you now. And, maybe she has a boyfriend.
If you want to get back in good with her, it's now your turn to smile, say hi, and be friendly to her. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
