This girl flirts with me but has a boyfriend

I really like this girl I work with, and she and I flirt all the time. She's really affectionate and shows all the body language signs, but she has a boyfriend and it really confuses me. Why would she flirt with me, and allow me to flirt back if she is already in a relationship?
