So, this guy and I have been friends for a while now. The whole time we've known each other, we've always flirted. I guess there was always a physical attraction between us. Anyways, I'm completely crazy about him and hanging out with him isn't really helping me any. We act like we're together: hugging, cuddling, holding hands, kissing - we've even made out a couple of times. But, he says that doesn't want a girlfriend. Does he like me or is he just playing me?!

I think he likes you and I don't think he is playing you.
He just isn't ready for a girlfriend yet. My guess is that if you continue doing what you are doing he will decide he wants you as a girlfriend.
