Calling Up my Ex

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
This summer I went away to a 3 week camp and I had been dating a boy for 4 months then talked to him every night. things started to get different - there were guys there I was interested in and really like. so I decided it was only fair to break up with my boyfriend. I told him it was b/c we are both busy with college and different things.

However it has been 2 months since the break up and I miss him so much, and really want him back. I am scared to call him b/c what if he hates me? so what would u do in my situation?

People always want to be liked. No matter WHAT your ex thinks, he will be flattered to know that you're still thinking about him and interested in him. It's something that EVERY ex likes to hear, whether it was a good or bad breakup.

I would definitely call him and tell him you were thinking about him. Just ask to get together for drinks or dinner as friends to catch up on things. Let things go from there. But if you just ask for an hour or two as a friend, I imagine he'll be happy to meet up with you!
