i get jealous becaus boyfriend has so many online female friends!

well the problem is am jealous person.. so this is how it all started i was caught chatting with a friend that i said i was going to have sex with.. my boyfirend found everything.. i didnt go through with anyhting and really never planned to meet this guy.. but some things were said that would say i was..so anyways he forgave me and since then i have been jealous about he female friends on msn and in chatrroms.. this is cuz i found him saying whats up sexy and what not am 20 and live with him.. so anyways there was some other things said.. i forgave him.. he told be he was just messing around..he told me he would never cheat on me.. and he would break up with me frist but i still have that jealousy feeling when i see him chatting with other girls and was wondering how i can tone this feeling down or how i can deal with it better thank you

You were the first one to start causing jealousy and in a threatening way. Now you are turning it around on him. Maybe that way you can take his mind off what you did.

Jealousy is a very bad emotion and can split up a relationship. My advice is to focus on yourself and not on him. Trust is one of the most important aspects of a good relationship and you need to work on it. Whenever you feel jealous, remind yourself that trust is very important and also remember that you started it. This might help take your mind off your worries.

You could also ask him to not engage in jealousy provoking conversations in the chat rooms.
