NOT SURE WHAT MY EX IS THINKING

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
So I am 22 years old and me and my ex have been together for 3 years and we have been on and off during that time, but mostly together. She broke up with me cuz we repeatedly get back together and things are good but then the same problems arise again. Anyways she says she is still in love with me, but she can't do this anymore and about a month before our break-up she was telling me she only wants to be with me and she wants to work on our problems and she loves me more then anything in the world. We broke up about 6 days ago and I agreed with the break-up even though I didn't want to...because I didn't want to come off needy or desperate. Now she has changed her relationship status on her myspace profile and taken down pictures of us. So I am wondering why she did that so quick if she is okay with the break-up? I don't think that if this was no problem for her that she would have to rid herself of all that stuff so quick and she just wouldn't even care. In a sense it seems like a positive for me because this must really be hard for her and it almost makes me think there is a chance that we can get back together. Do you think it bothered her and is making her reconsider because I was okay with the break-up? Please help.

She obviously feels this break-up is stronger than the other ones.

Get on the phone and straighten this matter out. There is no way to know for sure what is going on in her mind without talking to her.

No where did you mention that you love her... think about that.

Good luck! George
