how to get my girlfriend to spend time with me

i have a girlfiend for about a month now. she is in one of my classes right before lunch and i talk to her in the class and almost every night by text message. but once our class is over, she just gives me a hug and says bye really quick. i want to spend more time with her and she takes off too quickly and when i do follow her to where she sits. she then says bye again once we get there. her parents dont let her do anything on the weekends, literally nothing, school is the only time that i have the option to be with her. how can i spend more time with her without her just thinking im going to leave. its almost as if we are just friends but with the title of "dating."
