What is going on??

I like this boy at school who has recently become my friend. I've already told him i liked him and for the first few weeks we were cool, texting eachother back and forth. But all of a sudden, it all stopped. I'd text him and he wouldnt answer, then i'd ask why and he'd make an excuse...Now we barely talk anymore, and i still have feelings for him. I flirt and everything! Am i doing something wrong?? Or is something up with him? If its impossible for us to actually get togther...i would want our old friend reletionship back. Is there a step i need to take? or should i back down and leave it alone?

At your age, boys are generally less mature than girls. If he were mature he would explain to you what is going on rather than leaving you wondering. Instead of flirting with him, just treat him like a friend and maybe your friendship will return.
