is this how it is supposed to be...?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I am a 21 yr old guy. I have been dating the love of my life for 2 years now, and we have discussed marriage, but she doesn't want to right now, and I have agreed with her. I am not sure if it is me or her, but she is always mad at me about something I have done, and she will not talk to me about it at all until a few days/weeks later, and I am all over it. We are in kind of a long distance relationship, in-state, but separate universities. we both love each other beyond this world and we both want to be with each other, but I dont know if we should keep this going...I get very aggrevated about her getting mad at me all the time. we have had sexual intercourse, and I am not sure if that has affected us either. we have broken up for about a month before and we agreed to get back together as long as we compormised. another question is how do I/we agree on our religious differences. I am a catholic, and she a baptist, and I thought of converting, but I dont know if I should convert for my self and for her, especially if we do not work out? Please help me! (sorry for the lenght)

RomanceClass.com Advice
You have three things working against you. Your religious differences, your inability to compromise about dealing with angry feelings, and your long-distance romance.

The angry feelings problem is probably the worst impediment to your relationship. A couple must be able to communicate and putting off discussions for as long as she does is very bad. Figure out a compromise like one time you put off the discussion, next time you deal with it right away. She will try to make it not work, so the burden is on you to make the compromise work.

Don't worry about the religious problem until you are ready to marry. Your willingness to convert is commendable.

Your long-distance romance is a blockage in your ability to communicate and to express affection. Could one of you transfer? This would help a lot.

Good luck! George
