What if I burst?!

My angel and I have known each other for three years, and have been dating for three months. We love each other deeply. The sexual tension between us has been building and building, but we never get any opportunity to release any of it! She has a replacement kidney, and can't get pregnant before the age of 24, the baby would put pressure on the kidney and kill her. We've decided not to risk having sex until then, and that's really not that far off! (7 years) But in the meantime we both feel just about ready to EXPLODE from sheer lust. I know there are fun alternatives to sex, but if we simply can't find an opportunity that would be appropriate to take part in said alternatives, one or both of us is DEFINITELY going to burst and we may wind up doing something we regret. Any suggestions?

If you can't find an opportunity for alternatives to sex, then you certainly aren't going to find an opportunity for sex itself. And, it is you who will burst because she must be intelligent enough not to endanger herself by having sex before 24.
Use the alternatives, it is your only choice.
