RomanceClass.com Advice
First off, there's lust at first site, not love at first site :) Love is about really understanding a person, knowing their ups and downs and loving them as a complete person. When you look at someone all you see is their body, and you like their eyes or nose or whatever.

If you guys are friends, the key is to become even better friends and then move it along slowly into a romantic relationship. I have advice on that here -

I wouldn't focus on the "I love her" or "she doesn't want to love me" ideas. I would instead focus on "I like being with her and want to be with her more". If you then start to do that more and more, she'll enjoy being with you, you'll be happy together, and you can let things develop naturally.
