Yeah yeah age doesn't matter. What if he's the younger one?

Okay, as you may have guessed, I like this guy. I don't want to date him. There are too many problems. (Like I don't know.. I'm not allowed?) Anyways here's the thing. I'm fourteen, he's twelve. Do you think it's a bad thing for the guy you like to be shorter/smaller/younger/less mature than you?

It's normal for fourteen year old girls to be as tall or taller than fourteen year old boys... but then the boys catch up.

As far as the twelve year old: no reason you can't practice flirting with him without dating him. Let him know the no dating rule so he doesn't become confused.
