Me and my girlfriend haven't been abbly to see eachother in a looooonngg time and we both really want to make out. What's something I can do to make this the best makeout session?

This is really a hard question to answer. The answer depends on what you have done already, what you are doing now, what you have agreed to do, and what you have agreed not to do.
To make any session better, make it more sensual. Have flowers if possible, dress up, take care of your appearance, have candy (dark chocolate and just a bar will do,) wear some aftershave or cologne if you think she will like it, make sure your breath smells good (use mints if you are unsure,) compliment her extravagently (she will like it even if it seems overboard,) and have something to talk about that will bring you closer together. Always smile.
