feeling blue and going insane to much love him hurt me badly

here's the story. we are having long distance relationship, and he first said that he really like me, but i keep on hurting him, i said im sorry then he forgive me, then our relationship starts to have fun, and one day he said he wants to broke up with me, because there is the other girl who tell him that she really like him and prove him,so he end up said im sorry there is better guy for you, im sorry. and i was so shock and mad and sad:( and the next day i check he delete me on msn and the facebook,but he didn't block my friend. im so sad. i keep asking what does i make him sad too? or maybe is it that he just don't like anymore? or he even never like me before?!
what should i do?

This is a normal outcome for a long distance romance. One or the other finds someone new who they can talk to face-to-face and touch.

It is very difficult to overcome this problem. In fact, I recommend that you forget about him and find someone you can touch also. It will hurt for awhile, but all broken romances are like that.
