No contact for 12 months, What shall i do?

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
I haven't had any contact with my ex for over 12 months now and i'm missing her now more than ever. I was to blame for the break up as i feel i met her at the wrong time in my life. We were together for 18 months but 4 months of that we were friends but with extras! I finished the relationship as i was very stressed with work and some family issues which was making me incapable of having a healthy sexual relationship. I wanted us to stay together as friends until i could sort myself out. She did so for around 4 months but then she mentioned she had been out with someone for a meal, just as friends she said. I knew this was the time i had to let her go. I text her about 3 wks later to let her know i'd got new job as i'd been unemployed but she replied with quite a cool message congratulating me. I haven't been in touch with her since as i presume she is with someone else. I still think about her daily and i believe she's the 1 for me. I would like to make contact with her but not sure how to as we've had no contact for over 12 months?

RomanceClass.com Advice
If you have a mutual friend, ask about her situation and how to contact her.

Otherwise you probably have some way either by phone or internet to make the connection. Then ask her how she is doing and suggest that you get together to renew acquaintances.

This could be tricky if she is with someone new, but you won't know unless you try.

Good luck! George
