Invited to go out with a guy and his friends? Help!

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I've known this guy for almost four years. We have developed a pretty good friendship and we have always had this undeniable attraction for each other. We've been talking for almost 10 months now trying to get to the relationship level. We are still not there yet. We spend time together when we can but we are about 2 hours apart from each other. He is always busy and so am I but we cant stay away from each other for longer that a couple of months. Recently he asked me to come see him and I agreed. We are supposed to go out to a night club with his friends and teammates this time. I am absolutely terrified. Its good that he wants me to be around his friends and teammates but I've never been out to a club with just a guy. Its always me and my girls. I'm not sure what to do. It will basically be me and him and his friends. Is this good that he wants me to go with him. Should I go. I dont know what to make of this situation. I really need some advice. Thanks!

It's good that he wants to do new things and show you off to his friends. Undoubtably this is nerve-wracking to you but it is good for you to try to expand your boundaries.

So I would advise you to take this opportunity. If you are really scared, ask him if you can bring along a female friend as support.

Good luck! George
