We had sex, he won't ask me out

I know this friend for 6 months already we like to have fun with each other. We had sex once and we are closer than ever. I'm afraid that he's not thinking on asking me out. I think he's scared but he just doesn't tell me that he wants to go out with me. What should i do in this situation ?

I think you're putting too much meaning on titles. Normally when someone asks someone out it means they go out to dinner or a movie or something. Obviously you guys have already done that! What you have is already more than what many boyfriend-girlfriend couples have.

All great relationships begin with great friendships and then slowly evolve. There's no reason HE has to do this migration! You're not a lump of fluff. You are equally involved in the relationship and equally able to move things along. I have advice on doing that here -
