i dont know what to do

me and my ex broke up two weeks ago we were engaged and i was pregnant i lost the baby and was too scared to tell him and when i did he broke up with me for lying to him ive told him many times how i feel and how i want to make our relationship better by not keeping anything from him it used to be him saying were never going to get back together to not now but i want him back now what can i do or say to get him back now im hurting without him

It really sounds like you two have a lot of past baggage that is weighing things down. A lost child is a serious ordeal, compounded with you lying to him on top of that. He feels he can't trust you. Once trust is broken, it is really hard to mend.

Since you were engaged to each other, he may have enough feelings for you remaining to wish to try again. Be very honest with him. Let him know how hard this has been for you and that you are sorry for lying to him. Tell him you love him still and want to try again - that you two can start fresh and clean with each other. That is really all you can do. I hope things work out.
