i kinda like this girl, so far its going smooth like right now were just friends, but i want to tell her my feelings but im afraid if i tell her my fellings things will start to be diffrent, like i'll act awkward in front of her. so how can i tell her my feelings for her

It's never a good idea just to blurt out your feelings and make someone else feel uncomfortable. Obviously she knows you like her because you guys are friends. Friends spend time with each other and enjoy talking to each other - these are things you do with someone you like, not things you do with someone you hate.
So you need to SLOWLY increase things so that she sees that you can be romantic without losing that great friendship that is so important. I have advice on doing that here -
