there this girl in my class we always make eye contact i dont know if she likes me. and there this other girl how always asks me for relationship advice but only me does she like me

The second girl is actively talking to you about romance issues, she wouldn't do that with someone she hates :) But in both cases, only the girl knows if she likes you! Spend more time with them, talk to them, get to be their friends. It'll become very clear very quickly if they enjoy their time with you, and if they do, then make more time for them :)
