Meeting Female Friends

i am a boy of 20 in my final year in the university and i don't have much friends not to talk of a female friend. maybe it was the way i was raised without much females by my side but now i want to know how to approach and talk to a girl and make her my friend. Someone i can share thoughts and ideas with. I always try but i am so scared to approach any cos i don't want to feel bad. i really need girl friends as friends only. Please help i think i won't have the chance well enough if and when i leave school. please assist. thanks

Meeting female friends is no different than meeting male friends. All human beings want to be liked, want to have fun, want to reach their goals. So male or female as far as friendship goes shouldn't matter at all. And that is all about flirting.

It's all about making people smile. When you get the hang of it with strangers, it will start to seem easier and easier with people at school.
