She's a Flirt

I'm 17 and there is this girl at my school, she has a boyfriend but she still flirts with, when we have eye contact it's so nice, shouts out my name constantly, asks who I fancy. Every time I talk to other girls she watches because I have seen her in the corner of my eye. One day we’re sitting alone in class and she just said my name again in a really quite voice.
The really annoying thing is when we're in class and she calls out my name for no particular reason, for instance last week I was walking out of lesson and she said goodbye and then she said my name again as I walked out the door, so I turned round she was doing that smile and she said my name again so guess what I turned round and she had that spark in her eye. The one thing she never does is touch me which maybe due to the fact that she has a boyfriend, well…. She touched my arm last week, tickled me the week before.
I know I like her but sometimes I hate her because she drives mad. On October 14th two days after she started going out with the other guy she said ‘ ‘why don’t you have a girlfriend, is there anyone you fancy’’.
Do you think she likes me or I’m just some kind of idiot.

Obviously she doesn't hate you, she is expending a ton of time and energy on you. So yes, she likes you. But like you said, she has a boyfriend, so you are a fun person for her to flirt with and get attention from. Lots of people love to flirt and it's just a casual way of having fun.
I would flirt back if you enjoy it, but look around for a different girl to be your girlfriend. Not only is this girl already taken, but if you DID end up dating her, I imagine watching her flirt with every other guy she ran across would drive you insane pretty quickly!
