Holiday Gift

Visitor's Question from a unknown year old Person
I have been with my girlfriend for about 4 months. She's is incredible and we both express alot of love to eachother. I see her on the weekends and sometimes during the week. We have so much fun together when we hang out. Last night her phone rang at 2:00 am in the morning. She didnt answer it. I grew suspicious and she recieved a message on her phone. I basically had to ask her to check her message in case it was an emergency, and she did. She checked it and said it was her ex-boyfriend from NY. I was curious so I asked her why he would call at 2 am to talk to her. She never really mentions him or any guy for that matter. She seemed like she was stammering for words and i noticed inconsistencies when she was explaining why he called. I expressed to her my feelings of insecurity about the whole situation and she agreed. She says that he just called to say "happy hannukah and happy holidays" but at 2 am in the morning??? I'm really hurt/confused, and I need some advice. We continue to talk about it, but I am still not convinced she is telling me the truth. Help.

I'd suggest keeping things as they are and take a "wait and see attitude." If she is being unfaithful, it will become evident. Just try to avoid the paranoia and jealousy, because it may all be for naught.
