I'm Trying to Finally End my Relationship

How do I finally end a relationship that is off and on, hot and cold all the time? I have wanted to see the relationship come to an end for several months now, but I can't seem to make the end stick. Several times I have even left her, but I always go back. Why?

It is frustrating to know that I allow myself to go back, because that means that the woman I am dating knows that she can change my mind if she applies enough psycholocical pressure. I would love to get any ideas about how others have ended a dysfunctional relationship once and for all.

You act as if you're a lost puppy who does not control his own life :) You control if you pick up the phone or not. You control if you speak or not.

So break up with her. Tell her it's final and that you need a break. Then simply do not take her calls. Do not see her. If there's anything you need to learn in life, it is how to stand up for yourself. Nobody else will.
