We Broke Up - He's Flirting Again

I like this guy for a very long time and went we out for three and a half months....well he broke up with me and i still love him to death....but he doesnt feel the same way..of aleast thats what he is telling everybody....and he has said before that he will never go back out with me but he hasnt said that to me

he keeps making moves...kind of like he likes me again...and we have been flriting alot here lately. WHat do I do?
